Bush scoops the pool

KELLERBERRIN hosted the East Avon Women’s Hockey Association Dinner on August 13, with good numbers in attendance from the seven teams.

Association Fairest and Best was won convincingly by Caroline Bush from Merredin while runner up Fairest

and Best was awarded to Sheree Hill from Cunderdin.

Caroline Bush scooped the pool, also taking home Fairest and Best for EAWHA Country Week A team and Best Player for Country Week A team as voted by the players.

Ms Bush has recently competed in the Australian Country Championships in Busselton representing Country WA and was selected from this for the Australian Country team.

She will have the opportunity to travel overseas to compete next year with the Australian Country team.
